Even thisyear, as in the tradition of Villa Spinosa, the "Persimmon-day" taking place in November has finally come.
In Cà Albasini, the head quarter of Villa Spinosa, in the heart of the Figaricru vineyard, in the valley of Marano di Valpolicella, employees and friends of Villa Spinosa along with their children join there to spend a funny Sunday afternoon by collecting persimmons.
This meeting is a moment of feast, a kind of game to play with our "little boys and girls" competing in teams.
This initiative is connected to the "Fruit Calendar", a project focusing on 23 different types of fruit trees, planted in the parking next to PalaJago, inorder to rediscover and enhance the orchard tradition of the Valpolicella, thus experiencing fruit growing as a local peculiarity.
